Return Policy

All sales on cut sizes are final.

Tinybot will only accept a return on full roll orders.

To start a return, email us via our contact page with your order number and reason for the return. Return claims on full rolls must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. All full roll returns are processed with a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If the return request is accepted the customer is responsible for returning the item safely packaged in it's original condition, or the item may be subject to a non refund.

For special order full roll purchases there is a nonrefundable $250 fee. This fee will be withheld in addition to the 20% restocking fee for any special order full roll returns.

Please note that products that aren't ordered together may have different lot numbers, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match to a previous order. Tinybot is always making changes and improvements to provide you with the highest quality products. Tinybot does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation, however, we cannot be held responsible for installation failure.
