What's Covered

Manufacturing defects: 
Visual defect of the product or adhesive, making it unsuitable for the use for which it is intended.

Packaging defects:
Concerns any defect in packaging of the original product.

Warranty Exclusions

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of the our product with the intended application, it is his/her duty to measure the risks and assess the constraints, by, if necessary, carrying out preliminary tests.

No claim will be taken into account regarding the manufacturing or packaging defects, apparent prior to product implementation, if the defective product has been used by the customer.

The customer is obliged to cease any use of the product that he/she considers being faulty or stop it as soon as he/she identifies the defect or is informed about it.

Labor costs and any application or removal issues such as, but not limited to, lifting clear coat or paint is not covered under the warranty. Any material damaged due to a collision or any other physical damaged after installation is not covered under the warranty.

Claim Process

To file a warranty claim please reach out to us via our contact page. Include your order number and describe the issue in detail. We may request photos as we process your claim. If your claim is accepted we will replace the material.
